At Zalorae London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase or need a different size, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt.

Return in 4 Easy Steps

  2. Fill Out the Return Form:
    Complete all required details in the return form.

  3. Ship Your Order:
    Send your package along with the completed return form to the return address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure your package has a tracking number for security.

  4. Receive Your Refund:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days to your original payment method.

Exchange in 4 Easy Steps (Size Issues)

  1. Request an Exchange Form:
    Email info@zalorae-london.com with your order number and the new size you require. Our team will send you an exchange form.

  2. Fill Out the Exchange Form:
    Complete all required details.

  3. Ship Your Order:
    Send your package along with the completed exchange form to the return address provided by our support team. Ensure your package has a tracking number.

  4. Receive Your Correct Size:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the correct size free of charge.

Exchange in 4 Easy Steps (Defective Products)

  1. Report the Issue:
    Email info@zalorae-london.com with photos or a short video of the defective product, along with a brief description of the problem.

  2. Product Validation:
    Our team will review the images/videos to validate the issue.

  3. Replacement Approval:
    If approved, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

  4. Tracking Information:
    Our customer service team will provide tracking details for your replacement so you can monitor its status.

🚨 Important Note: If you choose to receive a replacement, you will not be eligible for a refund or another replacement.
